This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

• The product is unused and in its original packaging

• The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product

3. Items NOT Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used surgical or medical items

• Sterile products with broken seal

• Expired products

• Discounted or clearance items

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide order ID, product photo, and issue details

 

3. Our team will verify the issue

 

4. If approved, we will arrange pick-up or request you to send the item back

5. Refund Policy

Refund will be issued only if:

• Returned item passes quality inspection

• Product was damaged/wrong at delivery

• No signs of use or tampering are found

Refund Timeframe

• Mobile Banking / Bank Refund: 5–7 working days

• Digital Payment Gateway Refund: 7–10 working days (gateway policy অনুযায়ী)

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

6. Replacement Policy

If the product is available in stock:

• We will provide a replacement at no extra cost (if our fault)

• If customer mistake, replacement shipping charge may apply

7. Order Cancellation

• Order can be canceled before shipment

• Product shipped হলে cancellation সম্ভব নয়

• Refund (if prepaid) gateway policy অনুযায়ী হবে

8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

• Wrong address

• Wrong phone number

• Customer unavailability

Then the customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.
